Redback Creations

Redback Creations is a local website design and search engine optimisation company that is constantly looking at ways to improve our clients success on the internet. One piece of advice we give our clients is even though they may be trading online, the promptness of response and attention to detail should be as high as if the customer is interacting face to face with the business in question. Cost of service is not always the reason for purchase and customer service and care in these challenging financial times is one of the areas where businesses can really differentiate themselves from their competiton.

Redback Creations are delighted to support and sponsor the Customer Service Award for Hospitality. We wish the entrants to this award all the very best as many businesses in the Coleraine Borough Chamber area have fantastic hospitality.
